An ancestral house built in the late 19th century was being renovated and repurposed as a boutique resort getaway. The property housed two annexe buildings along with the heritage building. A total of 9 rooms, 3 lounge spaces, and a formal dining room constitute the guest areas.

Gardens were developed on all sides as entrance experience, alfresco sitouts around a 400 years old marble fountain, and a viewing deck.
